SRM 7.0 -SC status-Saved

I am new to SRM 7.0 and getting some hands on SRM 7.0 system.

SRM 7.0

I created a SC and saved it and the status is showing up as "SAVED" instead of "Awaiting Approval"

I logged in as approver but dont see the cart in POWL.

Any ideas?

Hello Krishna,

when you SAVE a document, it is recorded on HELD status. That is, changes are not posted and follow on documents are not created.

On the case of Shopping Carts, you have to ORDER it. The status will change to ORDERED (if using automatic approval) or AWAITING APPROVAL (if approval procces starts).

You should order the SC to get the status to awaiting approval.
