Sourcing cockpit in SRM 7.0

Hi experts

I would like to know, in SRM 7.0 sourcing cockpit was changed?

I know that transaction is the same BBPSOCO01, but would like to know if is equal in SRM 5.0?

Hello,

Soucing Cockpit design has changed a little. Now you will find "4 steps" to assign a source of supply to shopping cart.

In this transaction, you are able to assign a price and supplier in order to generate follow-on document.

1st step -> Shopping cart search

2nd step -> Assign suppiler and generate drafts (PO, RFX or contract)

3rd step -> Process drafts

4th step -> Create drafts

SOCO behavior and functionalities are essentially the same and enhanced in SRM 7 versus SRM 5. But SOCO process is no longer transaction based as in SRM 5, i.e. BBPSOCO01 is no longer valid for sourcing cockpit process. In SRM 7, ABAP WebDynpro applications are in place instead.
