Issue: Index u20180u2019 specified is out of bounds in SPM UI

Hi Experts,

We have come across an issue 'Index u20180u2019 specified is out of bounds' when we run the report in SPM UI.

Report is working fine some times and when we drill down further and some times if we change some selections and say run the report then we are getting this alert.

Please provide some information on this why we are getting alert sometimes.

As per my understanding

1) Is it because of some problem with Flash player

2) Is it because of some memory issues

Please provide some information on this regard.

Hi Rahul,

Are you able to consistently reproduce this. If so please check your task manager to see if your flash player is consuming too much memory and crashes. In that case I would recommend to upgrade to the latest flash player version. If its not the flash player we will need to investigate. Please open up a customer message for this and provide necessary access and details.

As Rohit suggests, pls upgrade the flash player to latest if not already.

Also check your jave server logs for any unusual errors.

Currently we are working with the Basis/Portal team regarding the Flash Player upgradation.
