Testing charges

Hello SAP Guru's,

There is a scenario in which client have a lot of MIC's and these MIC's are attached in more then one material.

And the result are getting recorded with inspection type 03 and 04.

And these MIC's (Test) are having a testing rate. e.g. if I test one MIC let say 3 times and this testing cost is 300/- Rs in one material 1 time. client need to see that this MIC charges are 1200/- Rs and if I see material and MIC wise it should be 900/- and 300/-.

Please tell me how can I map it in SAP.

Hi all,

As client has the testing rate for per MIC so that I maintain that rate in MIC's addition info field. and made a Z report to achieve this.

Are you recording multiple values for one characteristic? You could create an additional calculated characteristic with a formula which multiplies the number of measured values of the measured characteristic * the standard rate.

Something like C100140 * 100.

If MIC 140 in the inspection plan was had three measured values, the calculated characteristic would equal 300.

can you not simply use the T code QS26 ?
