Hello everyone

I have a question to ask ...

I have a contract and then a sales order and then a follow on document.

When searching for a all the documents in VBFA, I dont get everything .

- From the contract I can only get the 1st sales doc and not the follow on doc .

I have to reenter the sales doc to get the folllow on

- From the follow on doc I can only get the previous sales order and not the contract

I have to reenter the sales doc to get the contract

I have to keep reselecting in the table to dish out all data .

Is there a way I can get all the data in one go ? If there are more than 1 follow on doc , its really a long process.

HIi

In the VBFA enter the contract number in VBELV (Preceeding document)field then you will ge all the subsequent documents

You can what kind of subsequent document exists by VBTYP_N

C=sales order

J=delivery

M=Invoice

R=material Doc PGI

Hi ,

I have a contract type G now .

I have then created a quotation 1 doc type B based on the contract .

I then cancelled this quotation 1 and created another quotation 2 based on the the 1st quotation.

If I look at VBFA with the contract as proceeding doc ...

I can only see quotation 1 .

If I put in quotation 2 into the following doc , I can only see Quotation 1 and not the contract in the proceeding doc .

The table does not show me the full flow . It breaks . If I enter teh contract run the table and then enter quotation 1 and run the table only then I can see Quotation 2 . I need a solution so that I can see the full flow in one go

If I look at the document flow in the trasaction VA43 I can however see the whole flow ..

Contract : 400000000

Quotation 1 : 200000001

Quotation 2 : 20000002

How can I do this in VBFA ?

Is there any clue that I can get , even from the copy control ? I cant find any solution as of now .

Make sure you have Update doc Flow checked (X) in the copy Controls. I think T-code is VTAA.
