Confirmation message after sending e-mail or fax

Hello,

In SCOT I selected the option "SAPconnect does not expect receipt coniirm. for Internet mail". After sending an e-mail or a fax (e.g. an order confirmation) the status in SOST changes to "transmitted" and a confirmation express-mail is send to the sender of the the e-mail or fax that the message has been transmitted.

My question is now: How can I change this confirmation from express-mail to a "normal" mail?

Did you ever find a solution to this?

I have the same issue. We would much prefer to have the read receipt confirmation sent to an external email address and not via the express-mail.

Use transaction SCOT

Menu -> Settings -> Confirmation of Receipt

Click SAPConnect expects receipt confirmations for Internet mail to enable receipts.

or

Click SAPConnect does not expect receipt confirmations for Internet mail to disable receipts.
