Encoding for MS word quotation marks in xml

Hi,

My Scenario:

File System ->PI -> Target file system

I am getting special characters from the source system such as Ms word apostrophe symbol i.e left handed single quote, right handed single quote, left handed double quote and right handed quote. But in my PI i see these characters as "?"mark.

Please help in selecting the proper encoding type that supports MS-WORD quotation marks symbol.
