We created few new MIC. Now we need to upload these MIC to thousands of inspection plan. What would be best option?

If you dont have the ABAP person then try LSMW or go with BDC.
Can we use CWBQM?
Use BDC, most convenient.
Do we have any BAPI/ BADI for this purpose?

All the MICs will be added to plans? Like you have created new MICs A, B an C. So all A,B and C will be added to inspection plans aor will they differ for inspection plans like A will be in plan 1, B and C will be in Plan 2.....
We have created MIC A and B. Both MICs will be added to all 1000 inspection plans.

Hi ! Then you are saved!
1) Create eCATT for change inspection plan and add MICs. -
Most convenient one, will hardly take 10 mins
2) Ask for BDC
