Product: &1 Location: &2 Error in Planning Book

Hello All,

We are facing an issue which is not reproducable and occurs randomly for different products.

When users access planning book, the following information message (not error message) appears as

"Product: &1 Location: &2" and the user is getting logged out without saving data.

We have implemented sap note 1510476 but still issue is found for few users.

Any pointers on this will be appreciated.

Hello Senthil,

If it is an SNP PA ,please try running report /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK with all check box checked.

Hi Senthil,

As for as I know, if this is a DP Planning Book, then, we need to explicitly execute the Macros (advisable for faster access though). For SNP Planning Book the macros run automatically.

If, your Planning Book is a DP PB, then, while executing the Transaction, it did not turn up to the exact Macro and proportionally, could not retrieve the Data Selection for Product & Location.

Please check whether the macros are running succesffuly.

On the fly did you check if there are any Locks at PA level and user getting this error might be trying to use the Locked Char combo data. You can check the Locks in SM12 transaction.
