Deletion of Customer

Dear All

I have a requirement to delete around 400 sold to parties and remove them form standard SAP hierarchies. Before doing that I wanted to check if there are any open orders/deliveries for these customers.

Is there an easy way out to find for these open/outstanding orders. I have tried extracting the data from the tables but it seems to be a lengthy process.

For open orders check VA05

VBBE Open sales order line items Great file, but be careful. Contents don't reflect orders that do not affect purchasing (go figure).

For open deliveries for these customers

You have to check the PGI from Delivery .

SO you go to Delivery

First select all the sales orders ,

Now using the sales Orders Go to table LIPS

with the LIPS-VGBEL = VBAP-VBELN and

LIPS-VGPOS = VBAP-POSNR

Hi

You can find open deliveries using VL06O transaction. Look for documents relevant for picking, for goods issue etc depending on the processed used by your company.
