Firefighter and Generic Object Services

Hi everybody.

When we using a firefighter ID, in PA30 for example, Generic Object Services is not shown.

but It works with a different users wich isn't a firefighter.

someone have any idea?

Hi,

Check the authorizations of firefighter ID, Whether it is having authorizations to run PA30 or compare the FFID with the userid having PA30 access. and assign the missing authorizations to Firefighter ID.

Hi,

Please verify the FFID is a dialog user, not a service user. There are certain features not available to service users (such as the Generic Object Services button). In this case you might need to implement SAP note 992200 to prevent the user to log in directly.

Check whether assignins is properly done.. You can do it by seeing that users trace or se53 screenshot. Also check activity level assigned comparatively or not..
