Run time work bench problem ( not able to monitr the channels in RTB)

Hi All,

Recently all PID, PIQ, PIP( all servers in development , quality and production servers ) went for visualization( new hardware). After the visualization we an monitor the channels in PIQ and PIP . But we are unable to monitor the channels in the component monitoring. What will be the reason and how to solve the problem.

What are you seeing in the component monitoring, are there any specific errors thrown?

There is no specific erros simply it is displaying 0 channels.

Can you check all relative monitoring services are active in Visual Admin.

Hi,

Try the cache refresh with the link:

http://host:j2eeport/CPACache/refresh?mode=full

And:

- In Integration Repository/Directory go to menu Environment ->

Clear SLD Data Cache

- In R/3 go to transaction SXI_CACHE -> menu XI Runtime Cache -> Start

Complete Cache Refresh
