Can someone help me to understand how the calculations or algorithms are carried out in Simualator value. On what basis it should be calculated and what needs to be considered before enetering the calulated values.
The Simulator Editor can be found under the Data Services section of the Menu. There you will see the formulas used by each tagname for the generated values. There is also a direct link to the online help to find out more info on the Simulator.
Is there anyway to import a group of simulator tags and their calculations. We are thinking of using the simulator on our DEV servers to replicate what data might be on say an IP21 server with hundreds of tags we could be looking at?
