Approval note

Hi experts!

While displaying shopping cart "Approval note" is filled with comments. This text box is greyed out and I can't delete/change previous comments, only add new. Is it possible to edit/delete comments? Or only add?

Could you give me a link to SAP docu?

Hello,

Text ID NOTM in SPRO -> text schema should be configured to be changed by workflow user only.

Maybe you can try to change this setting.

Hi Alek ,

As part of Best practice for approval note it should not be possible to change the note put earlier . can you imagine some subsequent approval changing the approval note of someone else put earlier , what will be the sanctity of such approval note then.so it should only be posisble to add new comments or new note , and should not have the possiblity to edit earlier notes. - Shailesh
