Hello all
I have just installed the above testdrive on Fedore Core 2.
Everything seems to be fine, but when I try to logon with SAPgui (version 6.20) from windows PC. The session starts directly into a dump.
I have not yet tried the javagui - must I use the javagui shipped with the testdrive ?
Best regards
Thomas Madsen Nielsen

hi
I have more or less same problems.
In fact error message about hostname is the older message printed because other errr messages are containing in the table DOKTL and this table i empty (not really but can't acces to the corresponding cluster DOKCLU).
for my IP adress I have changed the parameter rdisp/sna_gateway with the physical ip address (127.0.0.1 for me because local install on labtop) and it is ok.
for the doktl table you should apply the note 89384 and it is ok.
Cheers Fred

I had the same message when my PC was disconnected from the network and MS Loopback Adapter wasn't installed. After installing the adapter it worked.

Hello again
I have now tried the javagui and the result is the same.
I logon into a dump - and it's not just a jump I can ignore - after the dump all functions reply: "This function is not possible".
Best regards
