Calcelling RG23D selection if delivery challan already cancel

Hi,

I have one problem user have created one deliveru then pick up the RG23D then insted of first cancelling the RG23D selection user have directly cancel the delivery challan and also the sales order now we want to cancel that rg23d when we are trying this with J1IJ system is giving error message the delivery does not exist in database or archived.

Hi,

With the given link I can see the reverse delivery document details, But i am not getting how to cancel the rg23d selection in such case.

Please

- use TCode ALO1, for doc flow.

- use TCode SARE, provide/explore Archiving object id for your cancelled doc.
