All,
I am running into an issue where if i select "complete delivery" within a sales order and the line items are coming from different plants, it doesn't seems to create any delivery. If i remove the complete delivery flag, the delivery gets created fine.
This only happens if the line items are from different plants.
Any idea why would this happen?
thanks
Hi
Its standard behaviour in SAP. If you have multiple line items from different plant in one sales order, If you mark as complete delivery that means you are instructing to system to do the delivery for all the line items which is in the sales order.
Delivery will be split because you have different plant assigned to the line items.
I hope its clear for you..

SK

Hi,
This is the standard behaviour of the system.
If the indicator 'complete delivery' has been set in the order at header level, meaning that all items relevant for delivery are to be sent in one delivery.
Since it is not possible in your case as the delivery is split because of different shipping points,I assume, the delivery may not be created.
