Problem with report RSORADJV

Hello gurus,

Database - Oracle DB 11.2.0.1

Operation system - Windows 2008 Server X64

System - SAP BI (SAP Netweaver Ehp2 + BI_Cont)

I´m facing with a situation very strange... I´m doing the post-installation procedures of SAP BI system and I´m trying to adjust the oracle parameters of Oracle DB 11.2.0.1 and for that I wanted to use the report RSORADJV (1171650 u2013 Automated Oracle DB parameter check) which makes the analysis of all parameters and say what is recommended for certain parameter.

I've done it several times but this never happened!... when I execute this report in SE38 nothing happens! Does not show any message! Why??! (But the program exists)

Any tip? Can you help me please?

Do you have any problem running the script on transaction DBACOCKPIT?

Also, which version of version of SAP_ABA, SAP_BASIS, SAP_BW, kernel and DBSL do you have?

You give the right way to solve this issue! Through that SQL Command Editor in DBACOCKPIT I got the result that I expected! Thank you very much...

But anyway... why RSORADJV doesn´t work? It´s possible to fix this strange situation?

Regarding your question, this system has the following version components:

SAP_ABA 702 0007

SAP_BASIS 702 0007

PI_BASIS 702 0007

SAP_BW 702 0007

BI_CONT 705 0003

The version of Kernel is 720 with level 80 and the DBSL version is 79.

Hi,

I do know that the report has been "eliminated" (not only desupported)

So may be that it was "deactivated" before being deleted. And that is in your support package (SAPKB70207)

Thank you... but tell me one thing about that note, in there is mentioned that correction is delivered in Support Package level 7 of SAPKB (SAP_BASIS 702 level 7)... so I don´t understand what the meaning of this information on the bottom of this note, they want to say this deactivation takes effect as of SAPKB70207?

SAKB70207 is

SAP Basis 702 level 07

Since you're on that package this report is deactivated.
