Hi all:
We have implemented AC 5.3 and have the SPM component set up in 3 backends (ECC, CRM, Banking Services). We are testing the frontend reporting and have the following issue. Note: this issue it not report dependant.
For ECC, the Reason/Activity Report is pulling the correct data - Working fine.
For BaS, the Reason/Activity Report is pulling the information from the CRM system (and not showing results from BaS system
For CRM, the Reason/Activity Report is showing no results (even though there are results)
Our Connectors are set up:
All 3 backends are Adaptive RFC
Here are the system ID setup
ECC - VIRSAHR_01_MODEL
CRM - VIRSAXSR3_01_MODEL
BaS - VIRSAR3_01_MODEL
We tried switching the System IDs for BaS and CRM, but the results are the same.
Would anyone have any ideas on how to troubleshoot why if we select the BaS system, we are getting results from CRM system??

Hi Margaret,
to me that sounds that somewhere is a logical mistake in the connectors.
Either in the SLD or in the SPM connector config.
Try to change the connector in SPM and put in the details manually to test that again.
