For configuring/Receiving IDoc to target system, U must have the following Authorizations in receiving system.

S_IDOCCTRL - General Access to IDoc Functions

S_IDOCDEFT - Access to IDoc Development

S_IDOCMETA - IDoc Metadata: Load and Display IDoc Metadata in XI

S_IDOCMONI - Access to IDoc Monitoring

S_IDOCPART - Access to partner profile

S_IDOCPORT - Access to port description

S_IDOCREPA - Access to Repair Programs

RFC, Port creation, Partner Profile generation, Logical system creation... etc are single time configuration steps. ensure that the sender/receiver steps are defined properly in Ur source/target systems.

Contact Ur Basis consultant for more configuration inputs.

Hi Pavan,

Give the user proper authorization roles in R/3 system..

goto > SU01> enter user > change> roles-->

and give the following roles

SAP_BC_MID_ALE_IDOC_ADMIN

SAP_BC_MID_ALE_IDOC_DEVELOPER

SAP_BC_MID_ALE_ADMIN

SAP_BC_MID_ALE_DEVELOPER

or just search for ale and idoc or better consult u r Basis People regarding this...

HI,

Give the R/3 user id in XI while importing the RFCs and Idocs. This user id should have authorizations/Roles. You can check with Basis person for this

Also try to import the idocs into transaction IDX2 in XI system. Check if any errors ?

Moorthy
