Need Help on Patner function - When creating AR

Hi Experts,

When creating the Appropriation request, Table IHPA is automatically populated with the Partner User ID's.

I just want to know, on what basics system will get the Partners?

My client says that, for some of Appropriation request's, the partners are not populated correctly. So i have to find the logic behind on the Partner determination.

Kindly help me on this.

There was a BADI to update the IHPA table with the user ID's.

Hi,

As per my understanding no configuration to update Partner User ID's when AR is being saved.

check whether any enhancement has been done using BAdi Z_APPREQUEST_UPDATE, to get update partner user IDs upon AR save
