ECATT scripts along with FACTS tool hangs on open RFC connection...

Hello,

FACTS tool is an accessibility tool which is used to read the screen and capture all the accessibility errors from the screen.

When we are trying to toggle through various screens manually, then the FACTS tool is working perfectly.

Now for automating Accessibility, we recorded some test scripts and are trying to run them via ECATT which opens different screens, having FACTS tool open at the same time.

But in this case whenever SAPGUI driver tries to open a system using RFC, the system freezes and we get the following error in ECATT log:

Error when Starting Replay Session. Possible Causes: 1. Scripting Is Deactivated in Replay System.

2. User Has Not Logged On Within 00:00:20 Hours or Has No Dialog Rights. 3. Too Many Session Are

Open...

It seems that the RFC connection while running ECATT scripts along with FACTS tools(already open) fails and the system hangs after this.

Please help.

1) Go to RZ11 and check "sapgui/user_scripting" is set to TRUE

2) Check the user security in ACP server (GRC)
