New requirement of client

I have one client requirement to map in sap,

client is pharma client:

They purchase raw material from vendor, after paying full payment.

Some of the material fails the quality check. means it remains in quality inspection stock.

Now they want to sell this material to other customers, they dont want to return to vendor.

Here requirement is: they want the stock to sell directly from Quality inspection stock, the govt rules dont agree to move defected stock from Quality stock to Unrestricted stock.

Tell me whether it can be mapped in SAP? if so what movement type I can use.

Suggest me is there any other way to find solution for this

Have a separate storage location for such quality inspection stock and maintain this storage location while creating a sale order.

I recommend using a separate material for off-spec material.

This allows you to ship/sell the material from unrestricted stock without showing this as available stock (for MRP or ATP) under the material master for the prime.

Create a new storage location and move this stock to the new storage location.

Then update the new storage location in the order at Item level in shipping tab so that system will pick up the Qty from the new storage location..So that it will allow system to sell the goods to customer.
