SAP PI Internal users

Hi,

can any one tell me which internal PI* users(like PIAFUSER,PIAPPLUSER...) are used for simple file to file scenario.

HI

It is very dificult question because we can say all of them on some stage f ex difrent one for sending message from AAE to IS and difrent for cache refresh.

In simple flow without going into details PI use FTP user to read the file, that pass message from AAE to IS with PIAFUSER, then process it in IS ans pass it to AAE with PIISUSER. Last step is AAE log on to FTP with FTP user.

Hi Madhav,

If Adapter Engine forwards a corresponding XI message to the Integration Server and authenticates itself using its associated service user PIAFUSER .

And

tIf he Integration Server forward a corresponding XI message to the Advanced Adapter Engine and authenticate itself using its associated service user PIISUSER.
