Results Analysis

Hi experts,

In the last month of a project I did this:

1. I put TECHNICAL CLOSED status to a WBS

2. I executed the Result Analysis (tx. KKA2 - Individual Processing)

3. However, revenues and costs didn't settle to CO-PA

Could you tell me if some configuration in PS affect settlink to CO-PA ?

Simply running RA wont settle anything in COPA or for that matter anywhere else in the system. RA just facilitates in calculating the results (WIP etc.). By way of configuration you define where these results should be posted/settled. For this to happen you need to run settlement (CJ88). Based on the setting you maintain in OKG4 and OKG8 system will post the values accordingly.

Yes, I executed CJ88, however revenues and costs didn't settle to CO-PA. I'm checking OKG4 and OKG8, but I don't see something related to Settle to COPA. Could you guide me.

please check the value field settings in tcode: KEI1

Do you generate the RA data using KKA2 and then expct it to settle? If yes, then you would need to do cj88 ( settlement ) as well.

Assuming you have defiened the rules for settlement already in OKG8.
