Replication of PO from EBP 4.0 to R/3 - failure

Former Member

Hi,

I am working on SAP EBP 4.0, Shopping cart was created in EBP, approved and PO has been created for the same in EBP but there were some mistakes in shopping cart and because of which PO validations failed in R/3 and it could not replicate in R/3.

Status of PO is "Error in process".

Now errors are rectified in PO in EBP system but PO is not replicating in R/3.

Can somebody suggest a way to replicate the PO in R/3 now?

Hi

Try to run the FM BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC to replicate the PO into R3 system.

If I understand you correctly you just want to "re-submit" to create the PO in the backend from your shopping cart following the error.

First you should be able to use the tools in the alert monitors to re-transfer the shopping cart via the web with administration cockpit.

If this fails for you, you can utilze program SPOOL_OBJECTS directly to initiate the transfer of the shoppign cart to the backend for creation again.

Dev,

First try to see if a PO can be created in R/3 directly with the same Shopping cart data. If it throws an error, there could be a problem within R/3.

1.See the aplication monitors: RZ20 for any errors

2. See ST22 for any short dumps.

These are the starting points of debugging that I know.

Thanks,
