TREX - CRMD_MKTSEG_FF_MON - No TREX system connected

Dear SAP,

I have installed a TREX 7.1. The TREX SID = D1Z

I can connect our TREX D1Z to our CRM development system D1X.

When I start transaction CRMD_MKTSEG_FF_MON, I get the RFC Destination and the Index ID.

I cannot conect our TREX to our CRM QAS and PRD system (Q1X and P1X).

When I start transaction CRMD_MKTSEG_FF_MON, I get the following error :

"No TREX system connected".

1. I have started transaction ESH_ADM_TREX_DEST to configure the 'RFC destination of TREX'

The corresponding table - ESH_ADM_TREX - has one entry which match to the RFC.

The table has the same entry in D1X, Q1X and P1X.

2. But in table CRMC_MKTTG_TREXD, there is no entry (no record) in Q1X and P1X system.

This table contain the 'INDEX_OBJ_NAME' and the 'TREX_RFC_DEST'.

Question :

How can I fill out this table ?

Or what is the exact procedure to configure the 'RFC destination of TREX'.

There were a customizing entry in SPRO.

The problem is resolved.

Hello Sir,

Kindly go to TREXAdmin tool in operating system there you can generate the RFC.

That should fix the issue for you.
