sales from blocked stock without value updating

Dear Gurus,

My client requirement is

They have 2 company codes A , B

B do not have storage location, and B moves its stocks as consignment stock to A's storage location, and make consignment sale from there.

Requirement: Some times if customer come to purchase A company code product(XA); they will include B company code product(XB) also in their sales order.

ie: Sales order of company code A contains items: XA and XB as customer requested.

This needs to be mapped in SAP.

Restictions: 1. if sale of XB happens in company code A, no updations should happen in A records.

This all process happens in consignment?? or standard order also?? what do you mean value updates?? not postings hevalues in Com code "A"??

Yes,

There is normal sales order process in company code A, But Consignment sales process is in company code B.

In that A normal sales, they want to include company code B material, which is at A company storage location as consignment stock.

They dont want to do stock transfer to company code A, because at the year end they want to show that XB stock as consignment stock in company code B itself. But only keeping it at A's storage location.

For that reason they dont want that system update GL acconts and inventory accounts if XB sold from comp.code A sales process.
