The question is not how you can open your locked threads. The question is how your questions (threads) got locked in the first place?

One more thing, please don't leave meaningless comments like "closed" when closing your threads. Only fill the optional comment box if you have something valuable to add, like a description of your own solution to the problem.

Something that cannot be opened... cannot be closed.

Normally will go to 'Your Questions' link shown in dashboard.
Open the question and you can see like below. Select any one option.
Your question is not answered.
->Mark as answered.
->Mark as closed but unanswered.
I am not sure about the locked questions. Are you able to go inside your question? If yes, are you able to see the above options?
Else what are you seeing there.
