Hi Forum,
We recently upgraded from SRM 4 to SRM 7.
The issue is no emails are sent to vendors for approval / rejection of bids after upgrade.
In SRM 4.0 we used BADI BBP_CHANGE_SF_BID to use a custom SF instead of standard for emails to vendors, in SRM 7 I found this BADI is replaced with new BADI BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF but even after implementing the new BADI the issue exists.
What are the new settings required in SPRO so that emails are sent to vendors?
From some threads in forum I guess some steps are required under
SAP Supplier Relationship Management>SRM Server>Cross-Application Basic Settings-->Set Output Actions and Output Format
but I am not sure what exactly.
Can some one please help me on this?

Under the navigation you mentioned you can check the following settings:
Action defination->Processing time "Processing when saving documnet"
Processing time not Permitted " Immediate Processing"

Check the following points:
1. SCOT settings.
2. Do you see any log for sending mails in SOST.
3. Print program resposnible for sending mail is "Method PROCESS_BBP_BID_MAI_BCS in Class CL_PD_BID_PROCESSING_BBP"
4. If it is qoutation then check PROCESS_BBP_QUOT_MAI_BCS.
5. BADI to be used BBP_PROCESS_BID
