Supplier not visible in Supplier Monitor

Hi Experts,

SRM 7

Extended classic scenario

ECC 6 EHP4

We have configured the MM-SUS scenario.

We are able to view the supplier in the Supplier Prescreening section and take an action of either Accepting or Rejecting the supplier.

Once the supplier is accepted, we use the Transfer supplier option.

However, after doing this the supplier is not visible in the Supplier Monitor.

Please provide any pointers on what is it that we are missing.

Hi,

This is not MM-SUS scenario. This is ROS (Registration of suppliers).

After transferring the supplier, the supplier will not be visible in the monitor. You have to create a BP for him in SRM for which you will be redirected to the appropriate screen

What is your expectation?

Hi Nikhil,

Thanks and yes the steps mentioned by me are for configuring the MM-SUS scenario.

We are currently trying to achieve Supplier Qualification with ERP scenario.

After the Purchaser selects accepted interested parties and converts them to suppliers, these converted suppliers should be visible in supplier monitor of the supplier registration system. However that is not happening in our case.

Can you please provide any pointers?

Hi,

Have you defined webservice SBM_PRESCREENING with appropriate parameters? Also ensure that Purchaser has the role SAP_EC_SUS_ROS_PROCESSOR.
