IT Performance Reporting

Hi,

I have configured IT Performance Reporting from system monitoring workcenter-->setup

now please let me how can I generate this report or where do I see this report

Hi Shyam,

as per my experience if you miss single config also you couldn see the IT PERFORMANCE reporting button as enabled,

please goto system monitoring workcenter> either click system status or proactive monitoring in the left hand panel.

there you could see the button as IT Performance reporting,

HI,

In system monitoring--> Reports I see only EWA, EWA sol, SLR and Availability reporting.

where are you talking about ?

Hello Shyam,

The "IT Performance Reporting" is in the Solution Manager System Monitoring work center.

You can check here that is the case:

This means it is not available through DSWP.

You must execute TA solman_workcenter > System Monitoring >

Note: IT performance reporting set-up is described in the SAP Solution Manager implementation guide, under Scenario-Specific Settings System Monitoring Reporting .

You also must have setup BI Reporting on the system.

It will show you the exact location of the IT Performance Reporting button

Hi

you can see it in the system monitoring workcenter itself

please select Reporting in the navigation bar of the System Monitoring work center, and choose the IT Performance Reporting button

it takes you the analysis
