Budget data flow from bucket to item

Hi,

I have requirement where in which i have maintained the buget at Bucket level manually and then create an initiative and maintain the budget at initiative level and then create item and maintain the budget based on the initiative budget which should be viewed at the item level which is a top down approach. I am aware of maintaining buget at item level which gets rolled up to intiative and bucket (bottoms up approach). Can someone help me how to achieve the top down approach.

Top-Down approach in Financial/Capacity Planning is not possible.
