Role problem

Hi all!

I have an issue with roles.

I created test user Test_User with the assigned abap roles: FN_DISPLAY, FN_BASE and FN_BUSINESS_USER.

Also portal role: Grc Risk Management.

Also business role: SAP_GRC_RM_API_RISK_MANAGER

Scenario: Risk was proposed by one user. Test_User(Unit Risk Manager) recieves in his inbox the task of validating the proposed risk. But he got an error while task executing that no authority to create risk. If I add an additional role FN_ALL he can create risk, but that would be wrong. I can not add him this role.

SAP_GRC_RISK_Manager has an aithority Authorization for access via GRC API and in it authority to create or generate RISK. What is wrong????

Seems like GRFN_API authorizations do not work. In portal user was assigned as Internal Auditor, Corporate Risk Manager, but still does not see even Risk and Opportunity Management. Only messageTthere are no task available to you yet. Any suggestions please?
