Dear All,
In Service desk When we process message, in Overview Tab of Transaction Data system data comes.
User's message is only of 4-5 line but system data contains more than 100 lines. Same data also transfer with email when we change the status of the message or other activity.
How to remove this system data from Overview Tab and email message?

Hi,
From the email message you can exclude the system info changing the smartform. This is something simple that I almost always need to do. If you are using the standard smartform, make a copy and delete the parts corresponding to system info.
The overview should not be changed since this info can be usefull to solve the problem. Do you really need to delete this information from the message?
