What are the delta functionalities delivered in SAP Sourcing 7.0 wrt to SAP E-Sourcing 5.1.

Kindly share the prerequisties for installing the SAP Sourcing 7.0.

Is there any possibility for purchasers to enter auction price on behalf of bidder ?

Yes but I would not advice it and this is not for technical reasons. You should always try to avoid this kind of situations where you have to enter a bid on behalf of a bidder unless there is an imminent problem when the auction already started and even then you should consider suspending the auction untill the issue has been resolved. Make sure you have a written consent of the bidder that you are empowered to it, to avoid legal discussions later on.

In terms of Insatllation pre-requisties , you need to have Oracle 11G for Global search ( New ) Functionality and Netweaver 7.1 CE is mandatory .

However the Sourcing 7.0 GA is by mid of Jun 2011 only .
