Delivery Header Data time shows 00:00:00 for every delivery

In Delivery Header field LIKP-KOUHR and the others shows as 00:00:00 and not the real time when the picking was done.

Is this an error in my SAP Basis setup?

Hi Carlos,

You have to assign Working Time WTXX01 (your country) to your shipping point. Goto IMG/Sales and Distribution/Basic Function/Delivery Scheduling and Transportation Scheduling/Define Scheduling by Shipping Point. If you do not have you have to maintain in last two tabs

1) Maintain working hours

2) Maintain Duration

This is some what complex so just be careful & have patience to set.

Also define scheduling by sales order type in the same tab of Delivery Scheduling and Transportation Scheduling

Dear Carlos,

LIKP-KOUHR displays the picking time with reference to the plant.

Kindly check in the definition of plant which Calendar is maintained as well as check what time zone is maintained in the address bar of the plant.

I assume this is copied from sales order schedule line level. Check the sales order item-schedule line level. You may also need to check OSS Note 184840 - Picking time not transferred to delivery if the SAP version provided in the notes matches your system.
