Hi Experts,

I am getting the following error as it was working fine for past 10 days, now I did import all the users including Admin from XI R2 to XI R3 than trying to login with Administrator username and password and got the following error. How can I resolve this issue as I don't have any other users to login into XI R3...

"Account Information Not Recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)"

I will really appreciate your quick response on this regards.

1) This is the same as the thread in the SAP Business Objects Enterprise Administration forum

2) The SAP Business Objects Enterprise Administration forum is the best and correct forum.

3) Not sure why you'd also post to the SAP BusinessObjects Legacy Products?

4) If this is a critical issue, create a phone case - having Enterprise, you should have a phone support contract
