Hi Experts,

I am getting the following error as it was working fine for past 10 days, now I did import all the users including Admin from XI R2 to XI R3 than trying to login with Administrator username and password and got the following error. How can I resolve this issue as I don't have any other users to login into XI R3...

"Account Information Not Recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)"

I will really appreciate your quick response on this regards.

Hai Harshavarthan,

Contact your admistrator ,because he/she may have changed the credentials due to some issue.

Hi,

Cause

Log on failed because the user name could not be found, or the user's password was invalid.

Action

Attempt log on again with correct user name and password, and ensure that the account information is valid.
