Changes without automatic recording still creating a change request

Quick question guys,

We have a test ERP 6.0 instance where I've set the client to "Changes without automatic recording" in SCC4 (first radio button). The problem is that sometimes it will still trigger the creation of a transport request anyway.

Is this a bug or I'm missing something??!!

If someone know why it's doing that, please let me know.

Hello Stephane,

I see 2 possibilities for this:

1) the corresponding setting in the second window of SCC4 ("changes to repository and cross client customising ") is set to allowed, so this still allows customizing requests to get creted; if you change it to "No Changes to cross client customizing objects", you'll have this cessed;

2) someone is creating request manually in SE09/SE10 (altough I don't think this is the issue you're talking about, however this is still a possibility to create requests).

I think you're right. It must be cross client customizing.
