Shopping cart rejection notification - Error in workflow

Hi ,

We are getting error in workflow when it is trying to send the shopping cart rejection notification to workflow initiator through task TS10407929. It is getting into error state in "Work item <workitem number>: Object CL_BBP_ACTION_NOTIFICATION_WF method SEND_PARAM_MESSAGE_WF cannot be executed " with exception "An exception with the type CX_BBP_ES_INTERNAL_ERRO R occurred, but was neither handled locally".

We have replicated the same scenario in our Quality system and it is sending notification properly.

In production alone it is throwing error.But not always. When we restart it is sending successfully. But sometimes it is going into error state, then we have to restart it manually. We would like to avoid this completely.

Please let me know what might be the root cause for this exception.

Are there any kind of locks by chance? Check under table BBP_WFLOCK.

Hi Nikhil,

Thanks for the quick response.

I checked bbp_wflock table. There is no lock for the shopping cart which has gone into error state.
