Dispatcher got stopped

Hello Experts,

When i try to start the server, it first connected to the massage server, then the work processes are ended and it stopped.

Oracle database is started other servers are working fine, with the same database.

ORA-28000: the account is locked

This is quite a common issue, most likely a problem with your OPS$ user

Read,

Note 951167 - ORA-28000: the account is locked

Note 400241 - Problems with ops$ or sapr3 connect to Oracle
