Organization Model Before Data Replication

Dear SRM Gurus,

System:- SRM5.0 EBP5.5

I am stuck in CRM-Middleware, data replication from R/3 to SRM.

Can i still prepare ORGANIZATION MODEL, before replicating data.

I have replicated Product categories from one R/3 site.

a) Am using SRM5.0 EBP5.5, should i run report to get vendors into PPOCV_BBP ?

b) In PPOMA_BBP - in attributes VALUE field is GREY - i cant put any entry in it ? have i missed any config ?

Hi Anil,

To replicate vendors in SRM, you need to have set-up the purchasing organization : all vendors are attached to at least one Purchasing organization.

You have also to create top vendor note in PPOCV_BBP

This node will be used in BBPGETVD transaction.

Hi Anil,

You will have to run some reports (dnl plants...) and replicate product categories if you want to complete your structure with attributes .

However, you can create all your structure nodes without having replicating anything.
