ECC-EHP4: XML message is not generated for PO, need help!

Hi SUS Gurus,

We were setting MM-SUS (SRM 7.0) plan driven procurement scenario. We performed following tasks, but PO is not generating XML (PurchaseOrderERPRequest_Out_V1) message.

- Activated ECC-EHP4 business function LOG_MM_P2PSE_1 and other pre-requisite ones.

- Maintained Event Type Linkages for BUS2012 (Created, Changed, Completed, Released) within workflow definition WS53800008.

- Configured RFC destination (Logical connection type) for the Workflow system

Then, created PO (no approvals needed) but it did not generate XML message.

Same thing with PR, it is also not generting XML message to transfer to SRM, though, we implemented ME_REQ_SOURCING_CUST BADI and qRFC messages

We already set up PI and SRM / SUS integration.

Please suggest, if I missed any step. I appreciate your help.

Hi

We had similar issue on replicating the PO's from ECC to SUS in MM-SUS scenario, this is needs to be done:

The differentiation is done within the workflow task TS53800009 by using BAdI

pur_se_po_interface_out_select. If you need to decide

whether you want to trigger the workflow at all you may use BAdI

pur_se_po_crted_info_filter when creating a PO or BAdI

pur_se_po_chgd_info_filter when changing a PO.
