Change in User Status

HI All,

I am trying to change the user status in CJ20N backward.

I have assigned the User Status - 0004, but i want to change back to 003.

When am trying i get error mesage

"Status 0003 is not allowed (WBS PP.XXXXX)"

Any procedure to change this?
