GTS SAP recommended Match term Percentage

Hi GTS Experts,

We are performing Mass Re-screening of our business Partners against Master SPL files in GTS system.

Currently the SPL Match percentage for Name, City, Street and Country are configured according to business needs.

Can some one please advise what are the standard proposed by SAP for the match term percentage ?

It would depend on Business requirement. If you are having TREX use it between 80 to 90%. Test it in your test environment and see the results.

Use of having match rate: A match rate of 0.6 (which you specify as 6000) means that a 10-place word can contain up to 4 matching letters. If 5 or more letters do not match, no hit is reported.

Hi,

After having seen a few projects, usually the only one that is different from the SAP Standard customizing is the percentage on the Name. There what I have seen and what most have is something between 80 and 100% on the search Term origin and something between 65 and 75% on the Originating feature. Of course, if you are dealing with critical materials in the Middle east and Asia you might want to get the % higher up. but its empirical anyway so with the numbers I gave you that should give u a start.
