Hello, everyone.

I have got problems with scheduling tasks.

1. Using Planner it is possible to plan tasks(Risk assesment, Risk validation and so on) and user will recieve them (inbox mail). The problem is that user recieves tasks only after 6-8 hours.

2. Second problem is about scheduling automatic control test. User can create risk script, bind it to risk rule. Risk rule connects to control. Afterwards user schedules task. The problem is that user wants to edit already scheduled script. Is it possible to delete task? I tried to cancel it, then to delete rule. But got an error, that rule is already used in scheduled task.

Can someone help me? Will appreciate any advices.

Hello User88,

1. Have a look in transaction SM30 if jobs are delayed. It is possible that the yob that sends out the tasks has lower priority and lands always at the end of the queue.

2. As soon as the start date for the yob is reached you can't delete it in the front end.
