Dear Experts,
in SRM 7.0 CS - i am facing the following problem w.r.t. sending out of system notifications.
In our system, when a shopping cart gets completely rejected (i.e. there are no positions in the shopping cart that are not rejected by the approver), the requester who had created the shopping cart receives a Mail to his mail ID telling him, that the shopping cart has been rejected.
But unfortunately, not only the requester but also the approver, who had actually executed the rejection, receives the same system notification.
Can you please help me with a pointer on how to prevent the system from sending the message to the approver?
