Unable to trigger okcode from dropdown (select)

Hi,

I have a requirement where i need to call some okcode in backend (r3 program) based on some selection in the dropdown menu on frontend . I am unable to trigger the okcode from my template , i feel somewhere i am missing out on syntax, any help would be welcomed. i need to trigger okcode of a button ot backend
