EHPI GUI is blank

Hi All,

my citrix server got logged of abruptly when EHPI was running. The phase MAIN_SHDCRE/DBCLONE was running. I have resterted the EHPI. but it is blank under ABAP tab from 4 hrs. under Monitor tab, the status is running.

SAPehpiConsole logs are showing that " Checking status of spawned ABAP jobs..." Any idea on this?

Hi,

If you have restarted again then might be some DBCLONE jobs are running in the system that you can check from SM37. You can restart your screen again. It will give you option either to wait till jobs will be finished or restart the phase or restart at the same point it got canceled.

Issue is solved. Database was down since oraarch directory was full.
